As a service provider we are responsible pursuant to Section 7 Para. 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) for our proprietary content on these pages under general laws. However, according to Sections 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we are not obliged to monitor external information transmitted to us or stored on our sites, nor to seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity.
